Is MenoGlow a medical device?+
No. MenoGlow is a wellness and coaching app. It doesn't diagnose, treat, or prescribe. For medical decisions, please talk to a qualified clinician.
Which phase of menopause is it for?+
All of them — perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause. You'll set your phase at onboarding and can update it any time.
How much does it cost?+
MenoGlow is free to start. Some advanced coaching and reports are part of a paid plan you can upgrade to in-app.
Is my data private?+
Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never sell it, and we don't use your personal conversations to train foundation models. See our Privacy page for details.
Does it replace my doctor?+
No, and it isn't trying to. Think of MenoGlow as a supportive daily companion between visits — not a substitute for your clinician.
What devices does it work with?+
iPhone and Android. Sleep and weight can sync from most major wearables and smart scales.
